Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-chunks
- 1 pound smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1"-slices
- 1/2 pound medium shrrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoeas, undrained
- 1-3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup uncooked whole grain rice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1In lg soup pot, over medium heat. combine all ingredients, mix well.

Step 2Cover, cook for 15 mins. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 35 min more, or until rice is fully cooked.

Step 3Ladle into bowls and enjoy w/ some crusty French bread!
