- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegatable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons minced pared ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken parts skinned
How To Make spicy ginger garlic chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a small bowl combine all ingredients except chicken parts. Place chicken in 11 by 7 inch baking pan, brush both sides with ketchup mixture.
