- 3 small chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cans mexican style corn
- 1 cup salsa, chunky
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
How To Make spicy chicken olé

Step 1On a 12-inch-long sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, center skinless, boneless chicken breast.

Step 2Top with 3/4 cup canned corn with peppers, 1/4 cup salsa, and 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional).

Step 3Fold foil into a packet. Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees F about 18 minutes.
