Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breast (cut in 1inch squares)
- 1 pound thinly sliced bacon
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to best suit your taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon basil paste or fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon boullion
- 1 tablespoon dill, fresh (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon onion
How To Make spiced coconut grilled chicken

Step 1Blend all ginger, onion, bouillon, basil paste, black pepper and salt together with coconut milk and set aside.

Step 2Wrap chicken with bacon and skew with a wooden skewer or metal skewer if you decide to grill on open fire.

Step 3Dredge the chicken in the coconut mixture and allow to soak the juices for about 30 minutes.

Step 4Grill for about 20 minutes in 380 degrees oven or on your grill. FYI, charcoal grill adds an awesome flavor to this.

Step 5Garnish with chopped dill.
