2 1/2 lbchicken thighs
-
2/3 cflour
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1 tspcurry powder
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
3 Tbspmargerine
How to Make Spice-y Chicken Thighs
- Combine, flour,cinnamon,garlic salt and curry powder.
Brush thighs with lemon juice. - Roll thighs in flour mixture to coat.
Melt margerine in a large skillet.
Brown chicken slowly on both sides. - Mix remaining flour with water and pour over chicken.
Cook over low heat (30-40 minutes) until chicken is tender.
