Ingredients
- SOUTHWESTERN GRILLED CHICKEN SOUP
- 12 TO 14 ounces grilled chicken
- 1/2 - green pepper, diced
- 1/2 - red pepper, diced
- 1 - whole onion, diced
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1- 48 ounces can tomato juice
- 1 can black beans
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- - salt pepper & garlic to taste

Step 1Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic then grill until chicken is completely cooked, dice into cubes

Step 2Simmer tomato juice, add onions, peppers, tomatoes, corn, seasonings simmer for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.

Step 3Add already cooked rice and chicken during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Step 4Serve with cornbread , jalapeno peppers and sour cream.
