Love boneless, skinless chicken thighs, this is just another way we eat them.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bonless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 bottle mrs. dash mesquite grille marinade
  • 2 - poblanos, sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 - sweet onion, sliced
  • 4-6 - baby portabello mushrooms, sliced
  • - flour tortillas
  • 12-16 ounces cheddar cheese, grated (or your fav mexican cheese)
  • - salsa, sour cream

How To Make soft chicken tacos

  • Step 1
    If possible marinade chicken in Mrs. Dash marinade mix overnite, but at least for a few hours if possible. Slice veggies.
  • Step 2
    Grill chicken and veggies seperate till done. Slice chicken thinly.
  • Step 3
    Heat tortillas and assemble taco with all your favorite toppings.
  • Step 4
    Grate cheese, top with salsa and sour cream.
