Ingredients
- 2 pounds bonless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 bottle mrs. dash mesquite grille marinade
- 2 - poblanos, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 - sweet onion, sliced
- 4-6 - baby portabello mushrooms, sliced
- - flour tortillas
- 12-16 ounces cheddar cheese, grated (or your fav mexican cheese)
- - salsa, sour cream
How To Make soft chicken tacos

Step 1If possible marinade chicken in Mrs. Dash marinade mix overnite, but at least for a few hours if possible. Slice veggies.

Step 2Grill chicken and veggies seperate till done. Slice chicken thinly.

Step 3Heat tortillas and assemble taco with all your favorite toppings.

Step 4Grate cheese, top with salsa and sour cream.
