1Combine all but dry rub and let soak for at least 2 hours, over night is better
2Take chicken wings out and while still wet rub with whatever dry rub your gonna use
3Place in single layer in basket (I use a veggy grill basket) and put into preheated smoker between 225-250'ish for 3 hours. Do not open smoker, if your lookin, you ain't cookin! I personally prefer pecan wood with maybe one stick of oak.
4Take out and dress with your favorite BBQ sauce or wing sauce, or just have dry! Enjoy!!
