Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 - 15 oz can mexi-corn, drained
  • 1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 - onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 - green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles
  • 1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
  • - shredded mexican-style cheese for garnish
  • - sour cream for garnish
