- 1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 - onion, thinly sliced
- 1 - green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles
- 1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
- - shredded mexican-style cheese for garnish
