- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - juice of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make slow-cooker lemon-roasted chicken

Step 1Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place onion in cavity of chicken. Rub chicken skin w/ butter.

Step 2Place chicken in slow-cooker. squeeze the lemon juice over chicken.

Step 3Sprinkle chicken w/ remaining seasonings. Cover, cook on low for 6-8 hrs or until cooked through.
