My family loves chicken and after going to a local restaurant and having chicken paprikash I knew I needed to learn to make it and add it to our regular family dinners. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 2 tablespoons hungarian sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
How To Make slow cooker chicken paprikash and dumplings

Step 1Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch strips and coat well in flour.

Step 2Put chicken, broth, chopped peppers, shredded carrots, Hungarian sweet paprika, garlic, salt, black pepper and sliced mushrooms in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 3Tear biscuits and toss on top of chicken paprikash. Cover again turning up the slow cooker to high for 30 minutes.

Step 4Stir in sour cream.
