Step-by-Step

  1. PLACE CHICKEN IN CROCK-POT. COMBINE NEXT 3 INGREDIENTS; POUR OVER CHICKEN. COVER WITH LID. COOK ON LOW 8-10 HOURS (HIGH 5 HOURS ).
    TRANSFER CHICKEN TO PLATTER;COVER TO KEEP WARM. ADD SOUR CREAM TO CROCKPOT,STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. SERVE OVER CHICKEN..
  2. SERVES 10, EACH WITH 230 CALORIES, 10 GRAMS FAT,85MG CHOLESTEROL, 400MG SODIUM,10 GRAMS CARB'S,1 GRAM FIBER, 4 GRAMS SUGAR, 24 GRAMS PROTEIN. EXCHANGE 1/2 STARCH, 3 LEAN MEATS,1 FAT.
