Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz pkg frozen mixed veggies, peas, carrots, etc.
- 1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1-1/2 cup bisquick heart healthy biscuit mix
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 - 8 oz container lite sour cream
How To Make slow-cooker chicken cobbler

Step 1In a 4-quart slow-cooker, combine mixed veggies, both soups, chicken, milk, poultry seasoning, and pepper.

Step 2In lg bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in sour cream until soft dough forms. Drop dough by lg spoonfuls on top of chicken mix.

Step 3Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs.
