I bet you thought cobblers were for fruit only! But this cobbler, made w/ chicken is divine.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 oz pkg frozen mixed veggies, peas, carrots, etc.
  • 1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1-1/2 cup bisquick heart healthy biscuit mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 - 8 oz container lite sour cream

How To Make slow-cooker chicken cobbler

  • Step 1
    In a 4-quart slow-cooker, combine mixed veggies, both soups, chicken, milk, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in sour cream until soft dough forms. Drop dough by lg spoonfuls on top of chicken mix.
  • Step 3
    Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs.
