Ingredients
- 1 - onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 12 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
How To Make slow-cooked cranberry chicken

Step 1Combine onions and cranberries in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Place chicken on top. In bowl, combine next 5 ingredients. Whisk well. Pour over chicken.

Step 2Cover cooker and cook on high for 1 hr. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 hrs. Transfer chicken to a platter and keep warm.

Step 3In a lg measuring cup, whisk together cornstarch and water. Stir into cooker. Cook, uncovered on high for 15 mins, stirring often, until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.
