Ingredients
- 1 - 16 0z pkg frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cup heart healthy bisquick biscuit mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 - 8 oz container light sour cream
How To Make slow-cooked chicken cobbler

Step 1Combine first 7 ingredients in slow-cooker. In lg bowl, combine bisquick mix and sugar. Cut in butter w/ 2 forks until crumbly.

Step 2Add sour cream until a soft dough forms. Drop lg tbsps of bisquick mix on top of chicken mix in slow-cooker. Cover, cook on low 6 hrs.
