many things can be changed in this recipe,I've tried it with lots of different meats,and vegi's. It is good and very filling.

    eggs
  • 2
    chicken breast or any part of the chicken you like
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper/or to taste
  • 1 pkg
    chopped broccoli
  • 1/2
    a onion/optional

How to Make Skillet Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. cook broccoli and onion in a skillet for approx. 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat,only spray your skillet with cooking spray don't have any liquid left in the skillet, set it aside.
  2. cook chicken any way you like it, chop it up up and set it aside
  3. beat eggs in a large bowl,add salt,pepper,and garlic powder,then add meat and vegi's, mix well
  4. In a large skillet put enough oil in to cover the bottom of the pan,turn on stove to medium hi heat until hot,using a lattel or large deep spoon,dip out egg mixture and put in skillet,let edges cook til crispy then flip over,let cook for about 3 min or until done, take out and repeat until all is used.
