I make this at least once or two times a month. Today was my once a month. It's quick & yummy. I love the way to sauce soaks into the chicken. My brothers dont use a fork to eat this. It's all hands on for them. Gives a new meaning to "Finger Licking Good." LOL.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 1/2 cups shoyu
- 2 cups water
- 2 - garlic cloves, sliced into chucnks
- 1/3 cup green onions
How To Make shoyu chickie

Step 1First in a large pot mix the shoyu, sugar & garlic togetger. Should be sweet but not to sweet.

Step 2Next place in the chicken pieces & bring to a boil. Cook for about 30 to 35 mins. Make sure to stir often.

Step 3Then right before serving add in the green onions.
