shiracha gotcha chicken quarters or wings
It was one of those nights I’d thawed chicken but just was not sure what to do with it. I wanted “different” but not complicated. I looked in my fridge for ideas and saw the Bavarian sweet mustard and Siracha sauce. I then decided to use it with the honey. Walah! A new recipe was born and eaten too fast to even take a picture!

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken quarters or 1 dozen chicken wings
- 1/2 cup bavarian sweet mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon siracha sauce (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup honey (or to taste)
How To Make shiracha gotcha chicken quarters or wings

Step 1Peel chicken Quarters or not. If using wings, do not peel.

Step 2Place chicken on a couple of pieces of payment paper lined baling pans. This is for easier clean up.

Step 3Mix all other ingredients together.

Step 4Brush sauce mixture over top of chicken.

Step 5Place in preheated oven at 350 and bake until done, turning over and basting two or three times. Depending on size of pieces it will take about 45 minutes to an hour.
