It was one of those nights I’d thawed chicken but just was not sure what to do with it. I wanted “different” but not complicated. I looked in my fridge for ideas and saw the Bavarian sweet mustard and Siracha sauce. I then decided to use it with the honey. Walah! A new recipe was born and eaten too fast to even take a picture!

chicken quarters or 1 dozen chicken wings
  • 1/2 c
    bavarian sweet mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    siracha sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/2 c
    honey (or to taste)

How to Make Shiracha Gotcha Chicken Quarters or Wings

  1. Peel chicken Quarters or not. If using wings, do not peel.
  2. Place chicken on a couple of pieces of payment paper lined baling pans. This is for easier clean up.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together.
  4. Brush sauce mixture over top of chicken.
  5. Place in preheated oven at 350 and bake until done, turning over and basting two or three times. Depending on size of pieces it will take about 45 minutes to an hour.
