Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken
- 11/2 tablespoons mirin, sweet cooking rice seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 slices fresh ginger - quarter size
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha. - chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- MIRIN, SRIRACHA AND OYSTER SAUCE CAN BE FOUND IN MOST ANY INTERNATIONAL ISLE
How To Make chicken stir fry

Step 1Cut chicken into strips, mince garlic and ginger. Put all three in a bowl, add Mirin and stir together and let marinate for 10-15 minutes

Step 2While chicken marinates, mix chicken broth, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Heat wok or large skillet over med-high heat, add peanut oil and cook chicken till no longer pink showing

Step 3Add chicken broth sauce to meat and heat through. Dissolve corn starch in 3 tbsp cold water, stir into wok to thicken, remove from heat. Spoon over cooked rice. Smile
