Shari's Chicken Stir Fry
Over our last 15 years together she has become quite confident in the kitchen.
11/2 Tbspmirin, sweet cooking rice seasoning
3 slicefresh ginger - quarter size
1 cchicken broth
1 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium
1/2 Tbspsriracha. - chili sauce
1 Tbsppeanut oil
1 Tbspcorn starch
3 ccooked jasmine rice

How to Make Shari's Chicken Stir Fry
- Cut chicken into strips, mince garlic and ginger.
Put all three in a bowl, add Mirin and stir together
and let marinate for 10-15 minutes
- While chicken marinates, mix chicken broth, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Heat wok or large skillet over med-high heat, add peanut oil and cook chicken till no longer pink showing
- Add chicken broth sauce to meat and heat through.
Dissolve corn starch in 3 tbsp cold water,
stir into wok to thicken, remove from heat.
Spoon over cooked rice.
