1/3 csweet and sour sauce, i used kraft
3 Tbsphoisin sauce
1-1/2 tsptoasted sesame seeds
1 tspminced garlic
1/4 tspground ginger
6 largechicken thighs, skinned.
How to Make Sesmae-ginger BBQ chicken thighs
- In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring often. Reduced heat and simmer 3 min. Remove from heat. Heat grill to medium over indirect heating. Place chicken on grill, grill 15 min, brushing w/ sauce. Turn chicken over, brush w/ sauce and grill another 10 min, or until no longer pink insede. Heat remaining sauce and serve w/ chicken.
