I got this recipe from the mother of a friend of my daughter. My daughter loved this chicken when she was a young girl and always raved about it when "Cheryl's Mom" made it for dinner when she was spending the night at their house. Betty was kind enough to share it and I have to agree with my daughter, it is delicious! Try it out at your next family meal and see if you get raves too!

Ingredients

  • 6 large
    chicken breast filets
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 medium
    eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    flour

How to Make Sesame Seed Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  1. You will need three shallow bowls. In first bowl, blend water,eggs,soy sauce, salt and pepper together. In second bowl, put 1/4 cup flour. In third bowl, put 1/2 cup sesame seeds.
  2. 1st-dip chicken in flour.
    2nd-dip chicken breasts in egg mixture.
    3rd-coat with sesame seeds.
  3. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
    Put chicken coated with sesame seeds in pan, turning to coat with butter.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
