    chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp
    yuzu juice
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    dashi stock
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • pinch
    salt and pepper

How to Make Seared Chicken Breast With Yuzu Soy Dressing Salad


  1. Wrap individual chicken breast in plastic wrap and tenderize until evenly flattened.
  2. Warm griddle and spritz with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for around 10 minutes over a medium heat or until nicely seared and cooked through.
  3. While chicken is cooking make the dressing. Mix together the yuzu juice, vinegar, vegetable oil, diluted dashi stock, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  4. Place salad greens on two dinner plates and drizzle dressing over greens. Top with chicken breasts and serve immediately.
