Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons yuzu juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon dashi stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • - salad greens

How To Make seared chicken breast with yuzu soy dressing salad

  • Step 1
    Wrap individual chicken breast in plastic wrap and tenderize until evenly flattened.
  • Step 2
    Warm griddle and spritz with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for around 10 minutes over a medium heat or until nicely seared and cooked through.
  • Step 3
    While chicken is cooking make the dressing. Mix together the yuzu juice, vinegar, vegetable oil, diluted dashi stock, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Place salad greens on two dinner plates and drizzle dressing over greens. Top with chicken breasts and serve immediately.
