2 Tbspyuzu juice
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 Tbspdashi stock
1 Tbspsoy sauce

How to Make Seared Chicken Breast With Yuzu Soy Dressing Salad
- Wrap individual chicken breast in plastic wrap and tenderize until evenly flattened.
- Warm griddle and spritz with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for around 10 minutes over a medium heat or until nicely seared and cooked through.
- While chicken is cooking make the dressing. Mix together the yuzu juice, vinegar, vegetable oil, diluted dashi stock, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
- Place salad greens on two dinner plates and drizzle dressing over greens. Top with chicken breasts and serve immediately.
