- 2 - chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons yuzu juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon dashi stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- pinch salt and pepper

How To Make seared chicken breast with yuzu soy dressing salad

Step 1Wrap individual chicken breast in plastic wrap and tenderize until evenly flattened.

Step 2Warm griddle and spritz with vegetable oil. Cook chicken for around 10 minutes over a medium heat or until nicely seared and cooked through.

Step 3While chicken is cooking make the dressing. Mix together the yuzu juice, vinegar, vegetable oil, diluted dashi stock, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.

Step 4Place salad greens on two dinner plates and drizzle dressing over greens. Top with chicken breasts and serve immediately.
