    whole roaster chicken
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt-free, lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh thyme, minced, divided
  • 1 c
    lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 2
    lemons, cut into wedges

How To Make savory lemon-sage roasted chicken

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Place chicken on rack in a roasting pan. Coat chicken w/ olive oil cooking spray. Rub the skin of chicken w/ lemon-pepper seasoning, and 1 tbsp thyme.

    Add chicken broth, lemon wedges and 2 tbsp thyme to pan. Roast chicken 1-1/2 hrs, or until juices run clear.
