Easy, but so savory! Yum!! Great for Sunday dinner and there is alway left-over chickien for sandwiches, or a casserole.

1whole roaster chicken
1 Tbspsalt-free, lemon-pepper seasoning
3 Tbspfresh thyme, minced, divided
1 clower-sodium chicken broth
2lemons, cut into wedges
How To Make savory lemon-sage roasted chicken
1Heat oven to 350. Place chicken on rack in a roasting pan. Coat chicken w/ olive oil cooking spray. Rub the skin of chicken w/ lemon-pepper seasoning, and 1 tbsp thyme.
2Add chicken broth, lemon wedges and 2 tbsp thyme to pan. Roast chicken 1-1/2 hrs, or until juices run clear.
