Savory lemon-sage roasted chicken

Great for Sunday dinner and there is alway left-over chickien for sandwiches, or a casserole.
Ingredients

1whole roaster chicken
-
1 Tbspsalt-free, lemon-pepper seasoning
-
3 Tbspfresh thyme, minced, divided

1 clower-sodium chicken broth

2lemons, cut into wedges
How to Make Savory lemon-sage roasted chicken
- Heat oven to 350. Place chicken on rack in a roasting pan. Coat chicken w/ olive oil cooking spray. Rub the skin of chicken w/ lemon-pepper seasoning, and 1 tbsp thyme.
- Add chicken broth, lemon wedges and 2 tbsp thyme to pan. Roast chicken 1-1/2 hrs, or until juices run clear.
