Ingredients
- 1 - whole roaster chicken
- 1 tablespoon salt-free, lemon-pepper seasoning
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced, divided
- 1 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
- 2 - lemons, cut into wedges
How To Make savory lemon-sage roasted chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place chicken on rack in a roasting pan. Coat chicken w/ olive oil cooking spray. Rub the skin of chicken w/ lemon-pepper seasoning, and 1 tbsp thyme.

Step 2Add chicken broth, lemon wedges and 2 tbsp thyme to pan. Roast chicken 1-1/2 hrs, or until juices run clear.
