I AM A LIFETIME MEMBER OF WEIGHT WATCHERS. AND WHEN I AM IN THE KITCHEN I LIKE TO EXPERIMENT. I THOUGHT OF MAKING A SAUCE WITH THE SOUPS AND THE WINE, AND ADDED THE SPINACH ALSO IT COULD BE WITH OR WITH OUT THE CHEESE. MY SON AND I TASTED THE CHICKEN AND LOVED IT. IT IS A VERY HEALTHY DELICIOUS DISH.

Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup onions, yellow, medium
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 dashes adobo powder
- 1 cup iberia white cooking wine
- 1 can campbells condensed tomatoe soup
- 1/2 cup vegetable soup
How To Make saucy, cheesey chicken

Step 1Take the chicken breast and chop into smaller pieces sautee in pan with onions, garlic and adobo

Step 2continue cooking, add the white cooking wine, the can of condensed tomatoe soup. add the vegetable soup after it has been in the food processor

Step 3on a plate with spinach, put chicken on top, then pour the sauce, you can also top it with cheese. Enjoy
