- 4 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
