Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 pound chicken breast halves, skinned and boned (4-4 ounce breast halves)
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make santa fe chicken

Step 1Combine the first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish or storage bag; add the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator up to 30 minutes.

Step 2Place the chicken and marinade in a large nonstick skillet; bring the marinade to a boil.

Step 3Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, foro 5 to 6 minutes or until the chicken is done. Sprinkle with chopped ciilantro.
