- 1Brown chicken breast lightly both sides add 16 oz fresh salsa juice one fresh lime
- 2cover and cook on low heat until chicken falls apart. You can use a crock pot also. Use Hot, medium or mild salsa. This recipe is very versatile
- 3eat it in tortillas, in a casserole, over rice, I use it for enchiladas, burritos what ever!
