Hey Everyone!!! I found this Chicken Casserole from a very old cookbook dated back 1890's-1990 and thought that this would be great to cook up for the whole family.Give it a try Enjoy!!!!

- 3-6 large boneless chicken breast and cut in half
- 1 large can sauerkraut,drained and rinsed well
- 8 ounces bottle 1000 island dressing
- 4 slices swiss cheese

Step 1Spray a 9x13 glass pyrx rectangler baking dish with buttery pam spray.. Put chicken in pan. Top with the sauerkraut, Cheese,and pour the dressing on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350* for 1 hr and 15 mins.....
