Ingredients

1 pkg
fresh brocolli/cauliflour, 12 oz
3 c
leftover, rottiserie chicken, bite size pieces
salt and pepper, to taste

SAUCE

3 Tbsp
mayonaise
1/4 c
half and half milk
1/4 c
chicken broth
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 c
sharp cheddar cheese

TOPPING

1/2 c
panko bread crumbs
1/4 c
olive oil

How to Make Rotisserie Chicken/Cauliflour/Brocolli Bake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pre-heat oven for 375 degrees. Steam the veggies for about 2 or 3 minutes, then place in the bottom of large casserole dish that's been sprayed with oil.
  • 2Layer the bite-size chicken over the veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3In a large bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients, including the cheese and pour evenly over the chicken. Mash down on the top to make sure the liquid is dispersed.
  • 4Sprinkle the top with panko bread crumbs and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
