Ingredients
- 1 package fresh brocolli/cauliflour, 12 oz
- 3 cups leftover, rottiserie chicken, bite size pieces
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1/4 cup half and half milk
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make rotisserie chicken/cauliflour/brocolli bake

Step 1Pre-heat oven for 375 degrees. Steam the veggies for about 2 or 3 minutes, then place in the bottom of large casserole dish that's been sprayed with oil.

Step 2Layer the bite-size chicken over the veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3In a large bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients, including the cheese and pour evenly over the chicken. Mash down on the top to make sure the liquid is dispersed.

Step 4Sprinkle the top with panko bread crumbs and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
