Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken
- 7 medium red potatoes
- 3 large white onions
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 1 package broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 large lemon
- 1 or 2 tablespoons salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make roasted chicken with veggies

Step 1Wash chicken, Cut one onion in half and lemon and stuff into cavity of chicken. Rub chicken down with garlic powder salt pepper and olive oil. Place breast side down in a dutch oven. Heat oven to 350. Cut and peel potatoes, carrots, and remaining onions, add to pan. Add remaining ingrediants. Place lid on pan and bake for about 1.5 hours or until tender and juices run clear...
