- 2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
- sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undulited
How To Make roasted chicken with honey-orange glaze

Step 1Prepare 12 x 16 baking pan. Season chicken generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add chicken to baking pan in a single layer.

Step 2Roast at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, combine honey, butter and orange juice concentrate (undiluted and frozen) and heat until mixture is warm and blended.

Step 4Baste chicken (and continue to baste) chicken while it roasts for an additional 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and a golden brown.
