  • 2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
  • sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undulited

How To Make roasted chicken with honey-orange glaze

  • Step 1
    Prepare 12 x 16 baking pan. Season chicken generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add chicken to baking pan in a single layer.
  • Step 2
    Roast at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, combine honey, butter and orange juice concentrate (undiluted and frozen) and heat until mixture is warm and blended.
  • Step 4
    Baste chicken (and continue to baste) chicken while it roasts for an additional 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and a golden brown.
