- 3-4 pounds roasting chicken
- 1 - lemon
- 6 cloves roasted, or 3 cloves crushed
- 1/2 - onion
- 2 teaspoons onion,and garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make roast me a chicken baby!

Step 1Remove giblets, from chicken and pat dry. Slip your fingers under skin on breasts,and make a pocket.

Step 2Cut lemon into 4 thin slices,slip 2 under each skin of breast, along with 3 roasted garlic cloves,or scant minced. Rub olive oil over chicken, sprinkle,garlic powder, and onion powder,paprika,salt,pepper. Stuff 1/2 onion, and 1/2 the lemon in cavity.

Step 3Tie legs together with kitchen twine. Bake on rack,in a preheated oven 425,uncovered. 1hour 30 min. Remove from oven, let rest 10-15 min. lightly tented with foil.
