This rice pilaf is great to take to a pot luck dinner. or when you have company coming. Try this recipe I'm almost sure you will like it.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
- 2 (14) ounces cans vegetable broth
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
How To Make rice twice pilaf

Step 1Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until tender

Step 2Add wild rice and vegetable broth. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

Step 3Add white rice. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done. Stir in parsley

Step 4TIP: Turn this recipe into a delicious main dish, add cubed chicken.
