This rice pilaf is great to take to a pot luck dinner. or when you have company coming. Try this recipe I'm almost sure you will like it.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 large
onion chopped
1 c
chopped carrots
1 c
sliced celery
2 clove
garlic minced
1/2 c
uncooked wild rice
2 (14) oz
cans vegetable broth
1 c
long grain rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley

How to Make RICE TWICE PILAF

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add onion, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook until tender
  • 2Add wild rice and vegetable broth. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
  • 3Add white rice. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done. Stir in parsley
  • 4TIP: Turn this recipe into a delicious main dish, add cubed chicken.
