Ingredients

  • 4 large
    chicken drumsticks, skin removed
  • 1/2 c
    picante sauce
  • 2 tsp
    franks red hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil

How to Make Red hot spicy chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly spray a 3-1/2 quart slow cooker w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in cooker.
  2. In bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, except oil. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover, cvook on low for 6 hrs.
  3. Transfer chicken to a platter. Stir oil into cooker. Cover, let set for 10 mins. Spoon 1-2 tsp sauce over chicken. Enjoy!
