I love this recipe when time is short or I'm just not in the mood for a big evening meal. Using items directly from your pantry, you'll have dinner for 4-6 in a matter of minutes that everyone loves for a fraction of take-out.

Ingredients

  • 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups left over cooked chicken, shredded (or rotisserie)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4-6 - flour or flavored tortillas, 10"
  • OPTIONAL FILLINGS:
  • - black beans
  • - refried beans
  • - shredded lettuce
  • - red pepper strips
  • - mexican blend shredded cheese
  • - red onion rings

How To Make ranch burrito wraps (easy)

  • Step 1
    Combine ranch dressing mix, chicken, sour cream and salsa in a sauce pan and heat thoroughly. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and desired fillings. I like to set up a line of bowls filled with toppings and let everyone choose their own favorites.
  • Step 2
    Serve with a basket of warm tortilla chips and remaining salsa.
