This isn't a very precise recipe, but it's a great way to use up left-over hamburgers, meatloaf or sausage (you know, they're kind of dry and not enough to make a meal?) Eat it by itself or serve over pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 -3 small zucchini, thinly sliced (depending on how many you're serving and how much meat you have)
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2-4 tablespoons butter
- - leftover cooked hamburger, meatloaf, sausage, chicken, etc
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make quick zucchini skillet

Step 1Melt butter over medium heat in large skillet.

Step 2Add zucchini and garlic and cook until desired consistency has almost been reached.

Step 3Add cooked meat and cook till heated through.

Step 4Add salt and pepper to taste.
