Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless, skinless chickenbreasts, cut into strips
  • 1 - 14-1/2 oz can low-sodium diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning

How To Make quick and healthy chicken creole

  • Step 1
    Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over high heat. Add chicken and cook 3-5 mins per side.
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes w/ juice, chili sauce, green bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and cajun seasoning.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 mins.
