    boneless, skinless chickenbreasts, cut into strips

    14-1/2 oz can low-sodium diced tomatoes
  • 1 c
    chili sauce
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    cajun seasoning

How To Make quick and healthy chicken creole

    Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over high heat. Add chicken and cook 3-5 mins per side.

    Add tomatoes w/ juice, chili sauce, green bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and cajun seasoning.
