- 4 - boneless, skinless chickenbreasts, cut into strips
- 1 - 14-1/2 oz can low-sodium diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over high heat. Add chicken and cook 3-5 mins per side.

Step 2Add tomatoes w/ juice, chili sauce, green bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and cajun seasoning.

Step 3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 mins.
