How to Make Quick and healthy chicken creole
- Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over high heat. Add chicken and cook 3-5 mins per side.
- Add tomatoes w/ juice, chili sauce, green bell pepper, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and cajun seasoning.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 mins.
