This is a easy yet elegant dish that is one of my mom's favorites which comes from her cousin Margaret Stewart in Topeka KS.

Ingredients
- 6-8 - skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 - (12oz) sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 - stack of ritz crackers, crumbled
- 3-5 tablespoons poppy seeds
How To Make poppy seed chicken

Step 1Place chicken in a 9x13-in. casserole. Combine sour cream and chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Mix Ritz crackers with margarine and spoon over top. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If cracker crumbs are a little wet, add more cracker crumbs.
