Ingredients

8 oz
fettuccine pasta
2
chicken breasts
2 c
chicken broth
1/2 c
butter
1 c
mushrooms, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
8 oz
cream cheese
1 c
heavy cream
1 c
parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
panko crumbs
2 Tbsp
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Poach Chicken Breasts in Chicken Stock. Bring liquid to a boil turn down heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
2Remove and Cool Chicken and cut into cubes
3Return Chicken Stock to a boil, add Pasta and boil 8 minutes. Strain pasta.
4Make Cream Sauce with butter, mushrooms, mushroom soup, cream cheese, heavy cream and garlic powder. Heat until cream cheese is melted.
5Add chicken and pasta
6Pour into greased 7x11 baking dish
7Mix Panko crumbs and melted butter sprinkle on pasta
8Bake 350 for 25 minutes
