fettuccine pasta
chicken breasts
2 c
chicken broth
1/2 c
1 c
mushrooms, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
8 oz
cream cheese
1 c
heavy cream
1 c
parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
panko crumbs
2 Tbsp
butter, melted

How to Make Poached Chicken Fettuccini


  • 1Poach Chicken Breasts in Chicken Stock. Bring liquid to a boil turn down heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
  • 2Remove and Cool Chicken and cut into cubes
  • 3Return Chicken Stock to a boil, add Pasta and boil 8 minutes. Strain pasta.
  • 4Make Cream Sauce with butter, mushrooms, mushroom soup, cream cheese, heavy cream and garlic powder. Heat until cream cheese is melted.
  • 5Add chicken and pasta
  • 6Pour into greased 7x11 baking dish
  • 7Mix Panko crumbs and melted butter sprinkle on pasta
  • 8Bake 350 for 25 minutes
