Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 - chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make poached chicken fettuccini

Step 1Poach Chicken Breasts in Chicken Stock. Bring liquid to a boil turn down heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.

Step 2Remove and Cool Chicken and cut into cubes

Step 3Return Chicken Stock to a boil, add Pasta and boil 8 minutes. Strain pasta.

Step 4Make Cream Sauce with butter, mushrooms, mushroom soup, cream cheese, heavy cream and garlic powder. Heat until cream cheese is melted.

Step 5Add chicken and pasta

Step 6Pour into greased 7x11 baking dish

Step 7Mix Panko crumbs and melted butter sprinkle on pasta

Step 8Bake 350 for 25 minutes
