Ingredients

  • 2 - whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut into bite size strips
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 - small onion, sliced thin and pulled apart
  • 6 ounces snow peas
  • 1 - zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1 - carrot, coarsely grated
  • 6 - large plums, pitted and quartered
  • - slivers of fresh ginger to taste

How To Make plum yum chicken

  • Step 1
    Mix sauce up- stir together sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, cornstarch. Set aside
  • Step 2
    Preheat wok over high heat; add oil. Stir fry onion for 1 minute, add chicken and stir fry until done, about 3 minutes. Push mixture from center of wok. Stir sauce mixture and pour into center of wok. Cook and site until thick and bubbly. Add vegetables and ginger, stir fry for 2-3 minutes more. Stir in plums. Serve over rice or noodles.
