- 1/3 cup plum jam
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups dry corn flakes gluten free
- 3 pounds chicken
How To Make plum crazy chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan w aluminum foil. Combine the plum jam, veg oil, apple cider vinegar.

Step 2Crush 3 cups of corn flakes. Dip your chicken into the jam mixture. Then roll in crushed corn flakes until fully coated. Or shake in plastic bag of crumbs.

Step 3Bake the chicken at 350 degrees for one hour.
