This is a really good lemon garlic chicken that my kids coined "pizza chicken" because when it's cooking it smells like pizza. This gives chicken a great taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or on the bone if you prefer
  • MARINADE

  • 1 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt, adjust amount as you prefer
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper, adjust amount as you prefer
  • 2 clove
    fresh garlic

How to Make PIZZA CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash chicken and place in 9x12 baking dish. Set aside
  2. In a container with a lid, combine 1 cup of lemon juice, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 Tablespoons of oregano, 2 Tablespoons of salt, 1 Tablespoon of pepper, and 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Shake vigorously and pour over chicken.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours. Serve with favorite sides and enjoy.
