PISTACHIO-CRUSTED CHICKEN TENDERS
16pieces uncooked chicken breast tenders
1/2 cpistachios, finely chopped
1/3 cdry bread crumbs
1/4 cminced fresh parsley
4 tspbutter, melted
How to Make PISTACHIO-CRUSTED CHICKEN TENDERS
- Place the egg in a shallow bowl. Combine the pistachios, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in another shallow bowl.
- Dip the chicken tenders in the egg, then the pistachio mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with butter. Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 20 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
