Ingredients
- 16 - pieces uncooked chicken breast tenders
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons butter, melted
How To Make pistachio-crusted chicken tenders

Step 1Place the egg in a shallow bowl. Combine the pistachios, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in another shallow bowl.

Step 2Dip the chicken tenders in the egg, then the pistachio mixture.

Step 3Place the chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with butter. Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 20 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
