Really wanted a healthy 7 layer bean dip but decided to add shredded chicken and make it a meal :) It's delish! Super easy to make!

Ingredients
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 can chopped tomatoes, onions and green chilies
- 1 jar medium salsa
- 2 - avacadoes and guacolome seasioning pack mixed
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups low fat mexican shredded cheese
- 1/2 - shredded lettuce
- 1 - chopped tomatoe
- 1/2 can sliced black olives
- 1/2 can pickled jalapeno
- 2 packages tortilla chips

Step 12 cans re-fried beans heated up in a skillet then smeared on the bottom of the dish

Step 2chicken breast boiled in 1 cup of water and taco seasoning pack then shredded with the blender smeared on the beans

Step 31 jar medium salsa and 1 can chopped tomatoes,onions and green chilies on the chicken

Step 4guacamole on the salsa

Step 51 cup sour cream blended with taco seasoning pack smeared on the guacamole

Step 62 cups low fat Mexican shredded cheese on the sour cream

Step 7then shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and jalapenos

Step 8refrigerated then served on TORTILLA CHIPS
