Really wanted a healthy 7 layer bean dip but decided to add shredded chicken and make it a meal :) It's delish! Super easy to make!

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

chopped tomatoes, onions and green chilies

medium salsa
avacadoes and guacolome seasioning pack mixed

low fat sour cream

taco seasoning mix

low fat mexican shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoe
1/2 can(s)
sliced black olives
1/2 can(s)
pickled jalapeno

tortilla chips


12 cans re-fried beans heated up in a skillet then smeared on the bottom of the dish
2chicken breast boiled in 1 cup of water and taco seasoning pack then shredded with the blender smeared on the beans
31 jar medium salsa and 1 can chopped tomatoes,onions and green chilies on the chicken
4guacamole on the salsa
51 cup sour cream blended with taco seasoning pack smeared on the guacamole
62 cups low fat Mexican shredded cheese on the sour cream
7then shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and jalapenos
8refrigerated then served on TORTILLA CHIPS
