Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium roma tomato chopped
- 1/2 small onion minced
- 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small chicken breast, cooked, cooled and shredded
- 1 bunch cherry tomatoes for garnish
- 2 packages prepared philpdough cups from the freezer section.
How To Make philodough chicken cups

Step 1Boil chicken breast and set aside to cool. Once cooled, shred fine and chop.

Step 2In a medium size bowl add mayo, chopped tomatoes, diced onion, pickles, and chicken once the chicken is chopped.

Step 3Fill the philodough cups and top with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are brown.

Step 4Top cups with half a cherry tomato and a parsley sprig if desired. You can use your childs favorite toppings as well.
