Ingredients

1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 medium
roma tomato chopped
1/2 small
onion minced
2 tsp
dill pickle relish
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 small
chicken breast, cooked, cooled and shredded
1 bunch
cherry tomatoes for garnish
2 pkg
prepared philpdough cups from the freezer section.

How to Make Philodough Chicken Cups

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil chicken breast and set aside to cool. Once cooled, shred fine and chop.
  • 2In a medium size bowl add mayo, chopped tomatoes, diced onion, pickles, and chicken once the chicken is chopped.
  • 3Fill the philodough cups and top with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are brown.
  • 4Top cups with half a cherry tomato and a parsley sprig if desired. You can use your childs favorite toppings as well.
