Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium roma tomato chopped
  • 1/2 small onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small chicken breast, cooked, cooled and shredded
  • 1 bunch cherry tomatoes for garnish
  • 2 packages prepared philpdough cups from the freezer section.

How To Make philodough chicken cups

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken breast and set aside to cool. Once cooled, shred fine and chop.
  • Step 2
    In a medium size bowl add mayo, chopped tomatoes, diced onion, pickles, and chicken once the chicken is chopped.
  • Step 3
    Fill the philodough cups and top with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are brown.
  • Step 4
    Top cups with half a cherry tomato and a parsley sprig if desired. You can use your childs favorite toppings as well.
