6chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
3/4 cbread crumbs, whole wheat
3 Tbspwheat flour
1/4 cpecans,coarsely ground
1/8 tspsea salt
1/8 tspblack pepper
How to Make Pecan Crusted Chicken
- Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 13X9 sheet pan with vegetable spray.
- Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, sea salt, & black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk eggs in another small bowl. Put flour in third small bowl. Place chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mix. Place chicken on greased sheet pan.
- Cook chicken 15 minutes. Turn at halfway point. If not done after 15 minutes, cook another 10 minutes.
