Ingredients
- 6 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs, whole wheat
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup pecans,coarsely ground
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make pecan crusted chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 13X9 sheet pan with vegetable spray.

Step 2Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, sea salt, & black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk eggs in another small bowl. Put flour in third small bowl. Place chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mix. Place chicken on greased sheet pan.

Step 3Cook chicken 15 minutes. Turn at halfway point. If not done after 15 minutes, cook another 10 minutes.
