- 4 - chicken breast cutlets
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons oil
How To Make parmesan panko crusted chicken cutlets

Step 1Mix the eggs with the buttermilk,salt & pepper drench the chicken cutlets.

Step 2combine the seasoned Panko with the Parmesan cheese.

Step 3put the chicken cutlets in the coating...fry in the olive oil/butter mix for about 2 minutes per side.
