  • 4 - chicken breast cutlets
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups seasoned panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • - salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons oil

How To Make parmesan panko crusted chicken cutlets

  • Step 1
    Mix the eggs with the buttermilk,salt & pepper drench the chicken cutlets.
  • Step 2
    combine the seasoned Panko with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    put the chicken cutlets in the coating...fry in the olive oil/butter mix for about 2 minutes per side.
