1/2 ccrushed cornflakes
1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
1/4 cseasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 tspdried parsley flakes
6 Tbspbutter, melted
4 mediumchicken breasts, boneless and skinless
How to Make PARMESAN CORNFLAKE CHICKEN
- In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place butter in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture.
- Arrange chicken breasts on a rack in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
