Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/4 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • ·
    garlic powder to taste
  • 1 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    brownsugar
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple preserves
  • ·
    pinch of salt pinch pepper

How to Make PANDORA'S MEATLOAF

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine the ground beef, ground pork, and ground chicken.
  3. Add bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce, mix well and place into a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 50 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, in a separate medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, and pineapple preserves. Pour over the meat loaf about 20 minutes before removing from oven
