when you dont know what too create with left over meatloaf, chicken or beef, you can always make this dish . the difference is far from a boaring sandwich.

Ingredients
- 3 slices extra old cheddar cheese
- 1 medium fresh sliced mushroom
- 2 teaspoons salsza
- 2 slices beef or chicken leftover meatloaf
- 1 medium pita bread cut in half
How To Make pan grilled chicken on pita

Step 1take your left over meat loaf , slice two med thick ( half inch ) slices of meat loat , this one i used is chicken .

Step 2slice your pita in half, open the lip of the bread, stuff in the salsa , the fresh muxhroom, add the meat loaf , and then add the cheese

Step 3take pan , add 1 tbsp butter , put the pita in pan, let it frill for about 5 min on each side for 5 min each on med heat.

Step 4place nicely on a plate with a papertowel too soak up unwanted butter. and eat it..
